The delivery was not late, and it is indeed stainless steel, but it is not stainless steel 304, but stainless steel 420. There is no indication of quality, and it sticks to magnets very easily. To explain the difference, stainless steel 304 has excellent corrosion resistance and durability and does not stick to magnets. On the other hand, stainless steel 420 sticks to magnets really well and, while it has high hardness, it corrodes easily and can rust quickly if not properly maintained. Due to the nature of scraping tools that frequently come into contact with oil and water, 304 is better than 420. If the seller had listed it as 420 stainless steel or simply listed it as stainless steel and sold it, there would have been no problem at all, but since they listed it as 304 and sold 420, I had no choice but to give a low rating for the sake of other buyers. The advantage of stainless steel 420, which is a cheap material, is that it is cheaper than its price. It's a shame that I had to give such a low rating. T^T
